The Curaçao license covers India and dozens of other countries. It is legal in all countries that recognize its legal validity. But there are a number of excluded countries in which the operation of the company under this license is prohibited. The list of excluded countries includes the territories of Curaçao, the Netherlands, France, Australia and the Dutch West Indies.

A company that violates this rule may be fined. We may also revoke the license. If you notice that a site operates in excluded countries and serves local players, you can report it to the Curaçao Gaming Commission. But we ask you to make sure that such a site does not have another license beforehand.

The members of the Curaçao Gaming Commission do not own the brands that receive a license. We are not on the board of directors or management of such companies. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for their actions. In case of violation of the laws, the responsibility for this falls entirely on the management of such companies.
